I use TVF oil blend before going to bed. I put a small drop on my left wrist and rub both wrists together to massage the oil in well. I love the lemongrass smell which is so calming and soothing to my nerves after a hard day. I always sleep like a baby nowadays. I will continue to use TVF oil blend whenever I feel stressed.
