Findhorn Flower Essence : Clear Light

Sometimes when I am meditating, I find it difficult to concentrate. Clear light is the perfect remedy to focus and still the mind. I often recommend it for people who are studying as it helps with mental clarity and creative intuition.
I have been using the essence Clear Light with my chart work. The difference has been extremely noticeable. When I use it the words just flow and I can get in touch with my inner guidance. When I don't use it I am constantly searching for words that seem just out of reach. Consequently I make faster progress with Clear Light and produce much better work.
Clear Light is a combination of the following essences: -
Birch - Open the mind and broaden your perceptions. Worry, uncertainty and introspection can obscure your vision. Exercise the imagination and see 'the bigger picture'. Gain understanding and peace of mind.
Broom - Precipitate mental clarity and concentration. Clear the mind of confusion, fuzzy thinking and distractions. Illuminate the mental body. Think and express intelligence.
Lady's Mantle - Access the deeper resources of the mind. Interference in the faculties of cognition and comprehension can limit synchronized, coordinated awareness. Bring to light all the power and intelligence that are inherently yours.
Rose Alba - Manifest your power. When you do not act on your intuition, creative power may be frustrated. Be patient, persevere and co-operate. Speak and act in from your inner authority.
Scots Pine - Reinforce self-assurance and decisiveness. Doubt and uncertainty can lead to reliance on outside authorities for guidance. Tune in and listen. Trust your inner source of wisdom and guidance.
Wild Pansy - Clear the etheric channels between head and heart. When congested or blocked, there may be lack of clarity, confusion and detachment. Be receptive to the easy circulation of the vital life energies.
