"Women must remember the sacred nature of our Goddess self, our feminine essence
and spiritual glory that lies within every woman and every man. A woman who has
reclaimed her Goddess self owns her passionate nature and allows love to flood
her heart. Her thoughts grow wild and beautiful while her heart expands. The
actualised woman has a magnetic energy. Her sense of possibility and adventure
is contagious. She has glimpsed the enchanted kingdom, the vast and miraculous
potential of the Goddess within her. All things are transformed and her life
begins again. "Do you sometimes feel all alone on the your journey of
self-discovery because you are no longer the person you used to be and do not
relate to your old friends as you did before? Are you sick and tired of the same
patterns running in your life? Do you somehow feel that there is something more
to life than what you are currently experiencing?
As women, we need a safe space to explore, to be ourselves and to connect with
other women like us. Soul Sisters is a support group for women who are ready to
embrace their power. This 9-week program will assist you to release your
limiting beliefs, forgive the past and move forward to a more fulfilling life.
It is a beautiful passage of light as we listen to each other's deepest desires
with an open heart and hold a sacred space for our true selves to arise. We
establish a loving web of connectivity as we laugh, cry, share, grow and heal
together so we emerge as shining examples of women standing in our power, full
of integrity and joy, aware and proud of it, and overflowing with love!
Session 1 : Discovery - Comprises various exercises such as mandala colouring
and movement exercises to discover oneself.
Session 2 : Reflection - Reflect on one's childhood to shine the light on
unhealthy patterns by returning to one's birth process. Heal relationships with
parents by embracing all that is.
Session 3 : Loving What Is - Use compassionate communication to express what we
want to say lovingly. Uncover belief systems that run one's life and change them
if they no longer serve.
Session 4 : Creation - Learn how to attract what you want in your life! Manifest
your heart's desires.
Session 5 : Celebration - Celebrate your life by counting your blessings as a
women. Love yourself fully by acknowledging all aspects of yourself :
physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
It is time we acknowledge an unlimited reality, finding our true self like a
free spirit exploring the extent of our potential, capable of loving without any
inhibitions or fears. If you are ready for true transformation, join us on this
roller-coaster journey of self discovery with your friends.

Li Yen has immersed herself into spiritual practices since 2005. Certain events
in her life had prompted her to seek for answers to fill up the missing piece of
the puzzle for her purpose in life. She stopped being a victim of life and
realized that she is fully responsible for whatever she experiences in her outer
reality. Li Yen took up meditation as a way of connecting with her inner self.
She experienced first-hand that when she progresses spirituality, everything in
life seems to miraculously align itself to resonate with the energy. She
passionately believes that words, communication and expression plays an
important role in connecting with ourselves and others in order to create a life
that we want.
Li Yen graduated with a Masters in Pharmacy. In 2008, she found the courage to
give up her 5 year career in the pharmaceutical industry to pursue her passion -
to uplift, inspire and empower herself and others. She currently manages The
Violet Flame with her 2 partners. Besides conducting workshops, she also writes
a weekly column titled "Mind & Spirit" in the New Straits Times.
