Nada Yoga and Mandala Workshop : 1 May (Sat)

We start with an amazing “Sound Bath” so you will be able to experience first-hand the sound of the Singing Crystal bowls and feel the energy boost. In addition, we use Sound Qi Gong to relax the body, chant sacred chakra chants and kirtans, drum and express the sound in color!

Color and sound are two different manifestation of energy. After working with the sound, we will express it with color with a Mandala. Each Mandala has an incredible power and is later the meditation tool you can use to dive into the energies of healing again.

Mandalas always fascinated human beings, the Natives in the Americas have built their round teepee and the medicine wheels - we find the sacred circles at Stonehenge and uncountable other places, Our mother earth is round, the moon, sun and stars! There is actually no straight line in the universe, if we go on prolonging a line infinitely we end up in a circle. There are only Circles- nothing else is real!

It is one of the most rewarding joy to create a Mandala!

A spiritual teacher since ~ 30 years and has been initiated in many different skills. She is an artist and sound healer and since many years her hobby is painting Mandalas, creating Dream Catchers and other craftwork.

She facilitates workshops and organized international congresses and was a speaker at several such congresses. She created her own on line Network to provide information and stay in contact with her students.
