Intuitive Tarot Reading Class

Reading the Tarot requires nothing more than trust. By trusting your intuition, you will be able to truly know yourself and from there make decisions and take actions from your heart.

This class is designed to build your intuition, develop self-esteem and help you release the fears that are holding you back. You might say this class is targeted at helping you drop the ego and embarking on a spiritual journey into yourself. When you understand that your life is in your hands, you instantly take your power back.

There are no prerequisites for this class, merely a desire to uncover the real you and begin to live authentically. Courage to embark on this journey will be developed as we proceed.

You will need John Holland’s Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck (available at the Violet Flame) as well as a fresh journal to keep track of your progress. You will receive a bound hand-out containing notes, exercises and spreads, which you can come back to many times over.

Here’s what you’ll learn :

Week 1: Major Arcana

       - Discover the meanings of the Major Arcana cards

       - Understand the Fool’s Journey and how it applies to your life

       - Discover your Soul and Personality cards, which hold your life’s greatest lessons

       - Chart your life’s path using your date of birth and become aware of your patterns

       - Begin a Tarot Journal and a daily practice

Week 2: Minor Arcana 

·         -Discover your Hidden Factor card, which holds your life’s challenges

·        - Get to know the four suits of the Minor Arcana cards

·         -Understand how the blocks in your mind affect your life

·         -Learn to read a Three Card Spread

·         -Learn to trust your intuition by reading for other students

Week 3: Chakra Cards- Learn all about the seven chakras

       - Learn the powerful Chakra Spread to identity the most blocked areas in your life

       - Develop your clairsentience to physically feel your emotions in your body

-     - Discover the potential of Mandalas and relate them to your chakras

       - Create a Tarot Mandala to achieve your goals

    ·   Week 4: Spreads

       - Learn the Celtic Cross Spread

       - Use the Celtic Cross Spread to gain clarity on specific issues

       -  Apply your skills to reading for yourself and others

       - Learn a simple Past Life Spread to fully understand a major block in your life

Facilitator: Cheryl Ambrose

After a tumultuous decade, Cheryl Ambrose discovered that the path of liberation lay within every individual. The Tarot helped open her eyes to the true nature of her problems and now, she seeks to do the same for those who are struggling, confused, worried or unsure of their life's direction. Using the cards and with the help of angels, she can sense, feel and hear the issues that are blocking you, often times right into a past life that has a karmic hold on you at the moment.
She will guide you using a higher understanding of how you can best apply your talents to find peace and show you what you need to discard, be it a habit, an emotion or a negative mindset, so you are free to truly realise your potential.

Tarot Readings are generally done using the Osho Zen Tarot which offers positive advice on how best to steer your course. On occasion, she will also use Angel Cards and other decks depending on an individual's energy and requirements. She has a MSc in Metaphysics and is currently working on her PhD in the same subject.
